Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. We were impressed by the location, as it is situated close to Bahia palace and within the Medina. This made it convenient for us to explore all the attractions this place has to offer. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available to us. They even arranged for an airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed a welcome drink and a delicious dinner.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are really nice and service-minded, always willing to help with any request we had.
